Captured by Octolings And was Forced to become their Aprentice.....They soon Corrupted his mind and "Changed" him,feminized him into thinking he's an Octarian.......he sees himself more of a female cuz they keep calling him a girl with his tentacle down

He lives with a Squad of Octo girls as their "baby Sister" and Helper.....

the name Chosen and given to him by the Octoling girls themselves when they finished "Training" him.
Correctly arranged it spells  Uragirimono...it means "Traitor" in Japanese 

Also they dumbed him down abit to make it easier to Order him around
