i think you are very talented in art! though if u feel like u arent, practicing with references and tutorials always helps and after a while of using them u wont need them and u will only get better and better and learn new things!
what is bad about being naive or slow or too sensitive though? those can be good traits!
but if u really feel like u are judgemental, un-appreciating or impatient i think u can always work on those things, like when feeling impatient, just remember that waiting or taking time is a part of life as any other and it can be fun too! being judgemental is hard to change but just tell yourself whenever you are judging someone/thing by appearance or so that it's just a thought and could be wrong! it matters more if u let yourself judge others or not
